Delivery information

We deliver fresh produce and groceries to almost everywhere in the Western Province of the island.

We are working on ways to bring you fresh items sooner. You will be able to specify a delivery or pickup date for your order. For the time being, the earliest day you can choose is 1-3 days away.

Your order will be delivered to you in sustainable packaging. The type of packaging we use will depend on what products are in your order and whether any of them require refrigeration. We normally use cardboard boxes, crumpled brown paper, paper bubble wrap, etc. Our packaging will keep your items cool, but please place the relevant items in the fridge as soon as you can.

Please note that some products are required to be sent separately from fresh orders, so these will arrive in a separate parcel but deliver on the same day.

Delivery is free for all orders above Rs. 4000.

No delivery charges when you pick up goods. When placing the order you have the option of picking up the goods from our processing center at Depanama. Select Collect From LKorganix Store and specify the pickup date at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your shopping and amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you are unhappy with anything we would rather know about it.

If you decide you don’t want any non-perishable items in your order you can return them to us within 07 days and we will exchange or refund the item.

Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition, if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 03 days of receipt and we will happily organize an exchange or refund.

All the items must be returned in a saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of the return if the item is not faulty. To return a product please email us at [email protected].

Once we receive your return request, our team will process your request and will contact you via email to confirm your return and refund.

Free Returns available within 12 hours from the time of delivery for perishable products and 24 hours for nonperishable products.

Please include your order number when returning items by post. Once we have received the items, please allow between 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed.
